Thirteen members of the Willow Beach Field Naturalists participated in a butterfly outing led by Roger Frost. The location was along Loyalist Rd north of Port Hope. Eighteen species of butterflies were observed along with birds, dragonflies, damselflies and frogs. Fewer Skippers were found than expected. Conditions were dry but the weather was beautiful.
